G's Beginning

G's Beginning Page of Links, Midi Files, Image Maps And Other Things

T his is the beginning of my web site. Amazingly, it's been very stable. I personally prefer Explorer to Netscape as it's easy to add effects to a page without plugins, so I wrote the page primarily for Explorer. If you use Netscape I suggest that you get the latest version (3.0) as its table support is much better, though not brilliant. I've checked it with, Lynx and even with the forms, it's quite useable. These pages have been certified, Java, frames (well maybe, a little one) and plugin free. All you need to view them is a decent browser. Having said that, I think that I'll soon go mad trying to keep these pages looking decent with the more popular browsers!

Getting Notscape to do border colours to the table was an accident, but I think looks quite cool.

This is what I'm currently working on. Actually, Janet is, but I'm taking all the credit, so there.

In the unlikely event that anyone actually reads what they see, this part of the page is only readable by IE 3. Yes, I know I said that you could use any browser, but I lied.
